‘Being a systems administrator myself who is now too busy to do these trusted tasks daily, I can rest easy knowing that my network is in safe hands with the team.’
VMhosts have been supporting Designer Contractors with ad hoc services for the last 10 years and in January 2023 they opted to bolster their in-house IT team with our VMhosts proactive managed service. VMhosts listened to the needs of their business and suggested a level 3 systems admin service which would include, help desk support, infrastructure support, proactive monitoring and additionally a 3rd line end user escalation service to support and strengthen their existing in-house IT team.
Designer Contracts have a number of bespoke internal systems, therefore VMhosts carried out a discovery exercise to clarify, learn and understand these systems fully in order to provide the level of service covered in our SLA, and also to ensure we offer the best level of service possible.
The VMhosts team also undertook further training to understand and support these crucial systems. VMhosts ensures there are regular technical account manager meetings as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and also to ensure we are always evolving with customers business needs. Here’s what they had to say about us…
“I find the team at VMhosts very obliging and knowledgeable. Being a systems administrator myself who is now too busy to do these trusted tasks daily, I can rest easy knowing that my network is in safe hands with the team.”
